000 is the 1st ever trip, so 001 is the 2nd. If passenger's app shows no driver at this time for twice, 2 digits counted there, so your current booking code definitely skipped from the last completed trip, e.g. last trip 008 but this trip 011. However, drivers ignore and non-stop searching for next drivers only counted 1 digit (doesn't affect). This booking code can go up to 5 digits, I've seen twice before, means they're loyal passengers from the start.
