Can use this one. In-app trips shown up to 10 only but this one provided you manually key-in particulars and description should be alright.

No need so hassle. After uploading, drop them an email or visit their kiosks will do.

000 is the 1st ever trip, so 001 is the 2nd. If passenger's app shows no driver at this time for twice, 2 digits counted there, so your current booking code definitely skipped from the last completed trip, e.g. last trip 008 but this trip 011. However, drivers ignore and non-stop searching for next drivers only counted 1 digit (doesn't affect). This booking code can go up to 5 digits, I've seen twice before, means they're loyal passengers from the start.

As a newbie, better don't. Might as well ignore outstation job since you are not familiar with the place. Wait until you gain more experience only consider offline trips, ok? At least you must know the dos and don'ts in Grab first.

By the first week Grab removed CR requirement, I kena with 1.x% Dax and 19.x% Pax.

So remember, the GOLDEN RULES of cancellation are:
>20% CR (Dax + Pax) - receive warning message
>30% CR (Dax + Pax) - suspension of account

I received the 2nd one (soft warning reminder) 2 weeks ago for 20.x% (D+P). My friend got it for 2 weeks in a row and yes his 2nd week is the one hard warning. Luckily he managed to push down his CR by 2nd week or else suspension on the 3rd week.

The purpose of doing remarks are as a reference for fraud team, but l observed that they only look at the percentage rather than taking consideration into reasons behind. The most ridiculous SOP ever that being used to ban drivers with high Pax cancellations when Dax could be < 1% or 0%.
