ok back to grab related posted.... have you ever taken a grab share job... but rejected the 2nd matched job because you sense the first customer is problematic type and want to avoid the hassle of dealing with her 1* and complaints?

I took an AR bullet for this type of Rider today... masuk car straight away command don't use toll...reduce aircon too cold!  destination was UH hospital... I went thru UM way.... about 2km from reaching... get matched ping from within campus.. drop off also within campus. too chicken or lazy to to accept..wat you all think?
would you accept the risk of 1* rather then take the AR hit?

Picked up 5 PRC students from UPM heading towards IOI City Mall.

Upon reaching their pick up point, it was raining. While they were boarding my Exora, one PRC guy came with a box of sliced fruits and was trying to sell them fruits. They went out of my car and went on to choose which fruit to buy, all the while leaving my car doors opened wide and eventually my car seats were soaking with rain drops.

I wanted to let it go, so I just did my job and sent them to IOI safely. When I reached home, I found out that one of the riders left a wet plastic wrapper in the back seat side pocket. No wonder my car smelled rotten.

How do you guys handle riders like these? Last time I picked up four mapren girls from IOI and sent them to Seri Kembangan. I'm okay with them being loud but they spilled popcorns underneath the carpet 😠

They should say assist the driver and police for the investigation instead of washing their hand off, stupid enough indeed. A lot chinese driver pissing off big time.

Today I got a ping from Nova Apt in kepong, B2B job, another 4-5 mins to drop off first rider. From first rider destination to Nova apt is like walking distance, 2 mins max drive. She sends me chat "Please I am in hurry so please come as fast as you can thanks ya".

I immediately reply "I'll be there in few mins, dropping of pax nearby". She then cancels. Padan muka...lets see how long she would have to wait for the next car.
