I have attended the shell career talk and yes, they have implemented the new online assessment where everything goes online, including your self video presentation, taking online tests and real time online interview with the shell employees (provided that you pass the first test)

I even got their card on tips about the online assessment ._.

Sorry for late reply!! I was away for a few days.

Err... in my own university. University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus.

Here's the card. Basically it's the same thing as what the website said but this will save your time reading it. There are three steps, Submit your CV (Step 1), do the online assessment and record your own presentation video (Step 2) and live interview with employees (Step 3, if you pass the first two tests).

A note to take for this:
1. There will be a lot of competition for this online assessment. Usually for a few hundred applications competing for one particular position, so be sure that your self-recorded video is good and professional to impress your interviewer. Things like video background (interviewer might not be impressed if you shoot in your messy room), fluency, video length, etc.. Keep it short and concise.

2. For Step 3, be honest to the questions. Don't be afraid to answer "I'm sorry, I don't know how to solve this question".

3. Forget about interns. They stop taking interns since this year.

Good luck? ohmy.gif
