did you not read the news. Pribumi is BRAGGING that they were aware that there were plans to sabotage the discussion but because the rakyat need to be told the truth, the continued with the program. This tells me that they want to trap the PM by keep on demanding for Bijan to join the forum. They were aware of sabotage (no mention of what sort of sabotage - which did not exclude dangerous type) and still want Bijan to be there! Can we charge the organizer for intentionally wanting to endanger Bijan?

So, no need to consume anything? Please la, austerity drive ended in the 70s, I think before you were born. Let's face it, Najib has been the worse thing that even happened, Bila aku jumpa Toh Puan, memang tak cakap pasal anak dia. QUOTE(Faidzal @ Aug 13 2017, 11:47 PM)
tragedy memali:

1. salahan TGHHA (specifically amanat haji hadi)

2. salahan TDM (for taking action against the PAS ppl who are terlampau taksub kpd amanat haji hadi)

3. salahan UMNO (for propagating that amanat)

4. salahan PAS (for also propagating same amanat).

amanat haji hadi was the main reason for stuff like solat 2 imam, sembelihan orang UMNO tak sah, budaya takfir (mengkafirkan orang lain) etc.

arwah Ibrahim Libya was too absorbed and blinded by amanat haji hadi that he declared war against Malaysia, and PAS ppl then didn't do much to stem his beliefs and efforts to corral his supporters.

yes haji hadi awang had stopped propagating this amanat, but every now and then this amanat is dugged up like a dead horse to instigate muslims against other muslims, malays against other malays.

in fact as recent as last 2 elections that BN/UMNO dug up that old amanat to scare the non-muslims from voting PAS (when pas was still with pakatan).

I bet you next year the same thing will happen again in GE14....

13th August 2017: The Day Mahathir’s PPBM Died

Raja Petra Kamarudin

The news item below says it all. And you can see the videos of the fiasco here: Nothing To Hide 2.0 Debate Turns Into Chaos When Memali Was Raised.

This morning I received a number of messages asking why Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak is not going to attend the event and debate Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad regarding 1MDB. First of all, nobody wins a debate. We have seen so many debates by a number of government leaders and opposition leaders in the past and in the end nothing is achieved.

The government supporters will go home saying they won the debate while the opposition supporters will go home saying they won the debate. Both sides will declare they won the debate and those who believed what they believed before the debate started will continue to believe what they believe after the debate ends.

13 August 2017: the day of infamy and ultimate shame for Mahathir when he had to beat a hasty retreat from his own event

If you think a debate is going to change people’s minds then you are more stupid than you look. If you hold a debate called “Which is the true word of God, the Bible or the Qur’an?” do you think Muslims are all going to convert to Christianity after the debate, or Christians are going to convert to Islam?

Both sides will say the other side lost and is talking crap. Nothing is going to change. For all intents and purposes a debate is an ego-trip to talk big and pretend that you won. And you merely impress your own supporters who were already your supporters before the debate started and will remain your supporters at the end of the debate.

So why do they want Najib to debate Mahathir today? What were they hoping to achieve? Or were they planning to attack the Prime Minister? Did someone carry a gun today with intent to shoot Najib dead as soon as he steps onto stage? What security measures did they conduct? Or was there a gun already smuggled in earlier when they prepared the hall?

I personally know someone who offered to assassinate Najib on condition if anything happens to him we guarantee that we will look after his family. I told this chap to stop talking nonsense and to never repeat that again. And this chap is a lawyer mind you, so he is not a stupid kampung person.

Najib would have been stupid to attend today’s debate. And we already wrote about this yesterday in the article Mahathir Will Be Shamelessly Shadowboxing Tomorrow. In that article we said:

Actually Mahathir tak malu. What he does not seem to realise is that Najib is a Prime Minister while he (Mahathir) is no longer a Prime Minister. So Mahathir is not of the same level and status as Najib. In fact, Mahathir has absolutely no status whatsoever. He is not a Member of Parliament while Najib is. He is not a party president while Najib is. Mahathir not only has no status to debate Najib, he also has no status to debate the other 221 Members of Parliament as well because he holds absolutely no position. (READ MORE HERE)

Mahathir winning his debate with an empty chair

One famous Tok Guru said: timba kena cari telaga, bukan telaga cari timba. That means you go to seek out those with knowledge, not those with knowledge come to seek you out. In this case if Mahathir is seeking knowledge concerning 1MDB then he must go and meet Najib, not Najib must go and meet him. Mahathir has got it backwards.

Anyway, today’s debate erupted into chaos when the question of Memali was raised. This was a ‘Nothing to Hide’ debate and yet Mahathir tried to hide the truth. Mahathir still insists he was in China when Memali happened although Tun Musa Hitam had already revealed that Mahathir was hiding in his office in Kuala Lumpur and did not travel to China until the following day.

Today’s event was a purely PPBM affair. There were no Umno or PAS people there. If Najib had attended the event then the place would have been flooded with Umno and PAS supporters. Even with only PPBM supporters the debate turned to chaos. Can you imagine what would have happened had there also been Umno and PAS supporters in that crowd of about 1,500?

DAP keeps telling the Chinese that Mahathir has changed, he is a reformed man, and so on. The first syarat to reform is to admit your crimes or sins and ask for forgiveness plus pledge never to repeat them again. Mahathir refuses to even admit his crimes and sins. So what change or reforms is DAP talking about? And this was what upset many people today and transformed the whole place into chaos. The only change in Mahathir is that in the past he hated DAP and now he hates Umno and loves DAP.

Mahathir, dejected and retreating after a slipper was thrown at him

Today’s chaos is just a taste of what to expect in the coming general election. DAP and Pakatan Harapan have been spreading hate for too long. And this has consequences. And today is an example of those consequences.

Do you think that playing the hate card is not going to have any consequences? Today there was so much hate and yet it is still only between PPBM and PPBM supporters. What do you think would have happened today had Najib turned up and 5,000 Umno supporters came with him to face the 1,500 PPBM supporters?

Let me tell you what would have happened. First the Malays from Umno and the Malays from PPBM would have engaged in a fight to the death. Then the chaos would have spilled over onto the streets and some Malays would have taken their geram out on the Chinese. And then 13 August 2017 would have been phase two of 13 May 1969.

And if you think not then ask PPBM to organise a Nothing To Hide 3.0 debate and challenge Umno Youth that if they really anak jantan and have telur then turn up in full force. And on that day many Chinese will run away to Singapore for a few days, just in case, and will return to Malaysia only when things are calm again.

Trust me on this one. And why do you think DAP supports today’s Nothing To Hide 2.0 debate? Well, that is because DAP wants to see Malays fight Malays to the death so that they can gauge how badly Malays have been split and whether that can help the DAP-led Pakatan Harapan win the next general election. Instead, what DAP witnessed was the day PPBM died.

user posted image
This is what you get when you play with fire

Yes, 13 August 2017, the day PPBM died. PPBM is finished. It has only 29,000 members and all are just like what you witnessed today. Do you think the Chinese dare vote for Pakatan Harapan knowing that PPBM is part of the coalition and the PPBM Malays are like those you saw today?

The Chinese know that what they saw today is what they are going to see in the next general election. In fact, many Chinese might not even come out to vote and will instead go on holiday the week of the next general election.

PPBM not only committed suicide today. They killed the DAP-led Pakatan Harapan as well. Now the Chinese are not so sure whether a Chinese Tsunami is such a good idea after all if what they saw today is what they are going to see the night of Polling Day GE14.

Well done PPBM. You achieved what Umno could never have achieved. You demonstrated that hate politics has consequences. And the Chinese will never want to accept those consequences if this is how PPBM plays politics.

RPK flawed in his reasoning regarding debates Imo. Polls have shown that debates can swing support from one side to the other plus debates can also clarify issues to people who are on the fence and people who may not know about what's happening, so you can "win". Debates are good I think, better than both sides attacking each other through various media and obviously better than violence.

Debates allow for discussion in a moderated rational manner, which is the key point, rather than people insulting each other over media etc.

If you guys noticed... Right after this incident cybertrooper activities increased 100x on social media. There has been lots and lots of sponsored ads targeting Kit Siang and Mahathir for being non-Malay and even in our forum most of them stepped up their game. Heck, even MalaysiaToday had a 1000+ word essay typed out in less than 12 hours already and it's already a sponsored ad on Facebook. It's so damn obvious this is a coordinated and planned attack.

If you look at MalaysiaKini BM Facebook page, the news comments are usually people who are against the government(who else would read MalaysiaKini?)... But today's incident? Look at 10 out of 10 of the articles covering the riot. All top comments are people saying Tun M deserved it/Tun M should be hit by durian/Najib is smart to avoid it/This is DAP plan, etc. This bizarre sight has never been seen on MalaysiaKini comments.

PPBM Youth says it rescued suspects from forum chaos

user posted image

PETALING JAYA: PPBM Youth lodged a police report last night claiming its members had tried to save suspected troublemakers at the Nothing to Hide 2.0 forum from being beaten up.

The wing’s information chief Ulya Aqamah Husamudin said amid the chaos that broke out at the forum, the party members had spotted two young men wearing “fake” PPBM Youth t-shirts being roughed up.

“We took the suspects into the VVIP room to rescue them and prevent any further commotion outside,” Ulya had said in the police report sighted by FMT.
He added that there was another incident inside the hall, where a shirtless young man was also being roughed up. The third suspect too, was “rescued” by PPBM Youth members, and handed over to the police.

Shah Alam district police chief Shafien Mamat said last night that three teens aged 17 to 19 were detained following a fracas at the event, which featured former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad and which was attended by opposition leaders and supporters.

Mahathir, who is now the chairman of opposition coalition Pakatan Harapan, was answering questions at the “Nothing to Hide 2.0” forum when a couple of projectiles were hurled in his direction.

Moments later, flares were also seen flying across the Dewan Raja Muda Musa hall causing the venue to be filled with smoke. Punches were said to have been traded as PPBM members rushed on to the stage to protect the 92-year-old leader.

In what appeared to be a case of mob justice, a group of more than 10 men clad in red PPBM shirts chased after one of the suspected troublemakers in the hall, punched him repeatedly before pushing him into a room which was then locked from the inside.

user posted image

PPBM Youth chief Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman said he was unaware of the incident, but said the party would not tolerate any act of “vigilante justice”.

Meanwhile Ulya, in the same police report, said he had seen a group of teenagers in “fake” PPBM Youth t-shirts gathering outside the hall before the forum started.

“But we gave them a chance to enter (the hall), based on our open policy so everyone gets to pose their questions to Tun Mahathir.”

The event went well for about one and a half hours, before some attendees threw bottles, slippers, and chairs in Mahathir’s direction, he added.

“It was clear that the provocation was initiated by the group clad in fake PPBM Youth t-shirts,” said Ulya.

The forum was organised by PPBM Youth for Mahathir to openly respond to criticisms made against him.

Prime Minister Najib Razak, who was also invited to debate Mahathir and field questions, did not show up.

Well mate, i'm one of those cina who agrees with RPK on this.

Pakatan was dying since Kajang, and on life support after Mahathir joined (fukken shook hands with LKS.. really.. wtf)

RPK did wrote an article years before, saying that Oppo garners support from hate and sympathy , instead of love for the country. True in the sense that oppo macai now forgot why we had Bersih (the original; not the politically hijacked)

Perhaps oppo macais are suffering from 5 stages of despair..still struggling in denial
