Let's put it this way, if you can afford the entry price, go for it. Otherwise for budget OC'ing, stick to the 965-S I guess

Great. Btw, this board is using 680i LT instead. Not the higher end 680i chipset. I remember back then in late 2006 they show the 680i engineering sample of 680i first. It happens that we going to see 680i LT out in the market right before 680i.

I'm yet to see the overclocking result. Guru3D reviewed Evga's some time ago, let see if DFI can make a difference or not.

this mobo going to cost around 230-250 USD.

One thing that you guys must take in consideration is though the northbrigde is nice but due to its size, alot of big air cooling heatsink cant fit unless you place your heatsink facing upward / toward the PSU.

250USD price tag is closer to most boards that manufactured using the reference design of nvidia nf680i. The only reason to get DFI's 680i LT is when the performance and overclocking ability is really that good. Otherwise, Infinity 965-S is the option.

Actually dis board can consider reference 680i SLI board d coz its cum wif 3 PCI-E slots! Reference 680i LT is only wif 2 PCI-E slots dude. flex.gif

That still wouldn't made this 680i LT board more attractive than most board using 680i, unless it's really good and you like it bling blang.

I don't think this is a 680LT board at all since it's either 680i or 680LT mobo. This is because unless DFi had managed how to figure out on unlocking that extra one lane at x8 bandwidth thru the southbridge, I'd doubt it's based on the 680LT chipset. Just to confirm, you'd need to check the BIOs as to whether it has EPP option available or not
