Great. Btw, this board is using 680i LT instead. Not the higher end 680i chipset. I remember back then in late 2006 they show the 680i engineering sample of 680i first. It happens that we going to see 680i LT out in the market right before 680i.

250USD price tag is closer to most boards that manufactured using the reference design of nvidia nf680i. The only reason to get DFI's 680i LT is when the performance and overclocking ability is really that good. Otherwise, Infinity 965-S is the option.
