Hi staff/admin,

It's great what you're trying to do here by creating the Reverse Phone Directory, but how is it even a directory? It's just a normal subforum with no directory features. No quick searching, no listings with appropriate/enforced format, no proper structure for the threads and many more... For most threads, you can barely tell the thread is either asking about the number or informing about the number.

Even the current quick search, which is at the bottom by the way, doesn't find what I'd be looking for 99% of the time.
For example, take this thread:

https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4247937
Titled: +65 3163 8032

The ONLY way to find this thread through the quick search is to EXACTLY search +65 3163 8032 , and I mean exactly.
Remove a space? Nope, can't find it.
Remove a symbol? Nope, doesn't exist.
Add a dash? Nope...

No offense, but this is a terrible directory...

EDIT: I know this is an old subforum, but the fact no one has made any changes to it after all these years is kinda weird...

the idea was to create a discussion based on the phone number that would be indexed by google. We didn't really make any considerations to create a specific search algorithm for it separate from the forum search data.

Well Google does do a good job on indexing... I still think there should be a proper format and structure for the sub-forum.
