how to apply this "KISS" card for my mom (she is not BSH recipient but only my dad is). how to go about this?

Go to kiss website as stated, download form and fill in. U can submit online. Call if u really need but in your case, go to nearest DUN center better. There will have ppl help u on the spot.

For my case was Tawas and smue. I went straight to rocket center in ss2 near Sri Siam restoran last time. Walk in without appointment, got ppl assist me and settle in spot. I'm not born in Selangor but I stay here more than 10 years. So I also confused what to do.

20 cubic meters of water, are instant and requires no further documentation as long as your property is located in Selangor.

Invest selangor is basically an organization under the state government that will assist everyone in selangor. when i say everyone, i really mean it. *sorry need to edit this part, everyone in selangor and everyone that wants to reside/do business/invest/open program in SELANGOR.

Initially it was formed to bring in investments into selangor. If you wanted to do business, or setup a factory here in selangor, or to open a learning school, they are the go to ppl.
Now that this has gone well, they are taking even more resposibilties and roles.

It is to the point, if the mpsj or mbsa garbage bin skips out on your house, they are now the go-to ppl. But i would't abuse this function yet.

If you wanna start a business, but u dont know how to, invest selangor is here to save tthe day.

For example,


If you wanted to open a tuition center, u don't know jack shit, u head on over to invest selangor, see an officer, tell him about your dreams and interest in setting up a tuition center .....say somewhere in selangor errrrrr subang jaya.
So u wanna open up a tuition center in subang jaya, u need licenses. Invest selangor will guide u thru which and what license u need, which officer to see. They will even suggest/recommend u some suitable locations, study your business model or help u create 1.

Or perhaps, if u already have an ongoing business/investment. say u already operating this small keropok factory in damansara jaya for 10 years. business doing so-so only but u really wanna expand. Then invest selangor is here to save the day. Go see them, tell them u already have ongoing business, wanna expand, then they will coach u and guide u through the proper channels. They will even hook u up with Matrade and Mida and discuss about your expansion plans.


So in a nutshell, it was initially intended for bringing in investments into selangor. but their scope has widened so much, they even help small time personal SME SOHO to setup training sessions and organize loads of stuff.

apologies for late reply. i already previously updated post #1 and listed 33 items there that are offered. There should be some updates on the original website link also in page 1.

Kiss kad is beneficial for women in b40's category. I have listed the benefits of kiss kad in #1. It should be useful to relieve the burden on finances through groceries.
Mother will have to apply though, doesnt matter single or married.

Hi. Bro. it is Mesra Usia Emas. this application for Selangor resident who has registered their voting station in Selangor & above 60 years old.
Before CNY - say a month before actual date , u can go to such office near yr residence address to claim rm100 & on yr birthday - anothet rm100 voucher for grocery.
However, it is only to claim one later!
Example my birthday on 3 April 2020 & after i change my polling station from Wangsa Maju to Sg.Buloh at post office - only get to enjoy these benefits in yr 2021! rgds. Sis

Kad peduli sihat for warga emas no more. It already change to under b40 family category. My dad card still active but my mum side not active (2 years didn't use it) If want to apply need to change category and register all over again for both parents. This really troublesome and need to wait application re-open and they also have quota for this! The CS sound very arrogant when explain this peduli sihat for warga emas to me.

sorry u had some troubles. i myself also had some hiccups previous coz already registered for skim warga emas. now is converted as well. but mine i did all in seksyen 17 pj branch and there is very helpful and polite.

my late dad application for smue just approved! can i as waris go for shopping on his behalf?

The Skim Mesra Usia Emas is not only for Selangor resident but also for Kuala Lumpur resident. My mum applied and got approved.
