~ 70's dungeons like Shadow Labyrinth, Steamvault, Shattered Hall, Alcatraz, Mechanar, Botanica, Black Morass.

Need to gear up my guildmates before venturing into Karazhan. And also the reputation needed for heroic keys or whatsoever. Would it be possible to ten manned these instance?

~What about those non 70's BC dungeons like Sethekk Hall etc etc ?

Those 70 dungeons you mention are good training for newly levelled 70s, to prepare you for further challenges. Other than a few tricky boss fights they are all perfectly doable for a good 5-man party. With a very good party, those instances are a breeze.

Are you having trouble with those? If you got a strat that you like and are executing it correctly, they shouldnt be a huge challenge, barring extraordinary bad luck.

Karazhan and heroics are a step up, so best to cut your teeth with the 70 5-mans first smile.gif

a guildie of mine tested it out just for the heck of it. doesn't work.

probably one thing to note is that if you cannot get yourself attuned to karazhan through the keying instances, you're not ready for it.

oftentimes, guildies think that they are uber-ready by virtue of being lvl70. but if that guildie is still running around in greens from nagrand, i'd tell him to go and get geared up first from shadowmoon or netherstorm quests as those are already blues. also, some of the lower level instances until they can take 2K-3K damage. yes, even clothies.

if your guildies are having problems, it could also just be their play style. ask them to go PUG. pugs will tell you whether you're playing a class right.

i've met folks who got to lvl 70 with missing rings and trinklets, mixing up gear, messy shortcut bar, and still manage to get through shadow labs. doh.gif trying to unprogramme their mind is now the toughest bit.

probably another thing to note is that sometimes, the instances doesn't behave the way it normally would back in azeroth. so be prepared for unusual moves that will happen, especially during weekends. seems to be happening more then.

Yeah, I've tested this with my guild and I requested another guild to double test it for me. And we come into a conclusion that those dungeons can't be 10 manned.

My curiousity has now been satisfied. rclxms.gif

speaking of heroics, players on my server are using greens to go in rather than the blues. they're using the greens with the high stats (even if it's only single stats), especially those with the resists on them.

opinion? Comments?

its still greens, with the exception of resist gears, stat gears usually wont get you far. unless you're really going for something specific eg: stamina.
