arh, 3k units wonder what will happen to the traffic at taman desa when completion
at the moment taman desa traffic is really good (not congested like Kuchai lama) + location is superb & extraordinary, love it

by the way this will probably bring good business to the friday pasar malam, at the moment really not many people there

just got a call from AK ask me to send document and bank draft...
but the STP really making me think twice...

Reason being? Taman Desa location is good ah.... is it because 3002 units? hmm.gif
I receive the same call too but pity la my name already appear 1 house loan in ccris sure kena reject one by bank that cannot buy another rumawip project as they said is not first home anymore lol like that also can.

wrong understanding
1. first house in KL address. you can have 10 houses in selangor but still qualify for rumahwip.
2. nope. bank will not care how many houses you have as long as your ccris record clean 000 and dsr is good they will approve your loan.
the one checking qualify for rumahwip or not is dbkl actually. and nope they won't go through your ccris record. that's why some ppl qualify for a unit but later need to reject because loan unable to get approval.

Morning already jam dou lan tan ad, once lepak at koptiam due to beh tahan with the jam.

Btw only 3k units is very generous compared to other areas cincincaicai10k (of total units).

Now is sharing land, in the future built interchange skybridge between projects to share everything due to save cost, material cost increase, not only high dense till high can reach god, swimming pool have to shared together like public swimming pool. Congested like hell. Immigrants are the best solution mostly thought of. lol

City life is like this jo, but is kl lang don't even need so much of residences units like thousands of units at everywhere.

Build so much gl meh... many buyers of apartment are not using it for own stay. But this is lumauweed, diff story.

morning where got jam? To be fair in the morning out of taman desa no jam at all, including TDMC the traffic light turning right to old klang road, at most wait for 1 time traffic light. compare with kuchai lama much much better

10k unit examples? I saw jalilmas only 1.5k units

10k for total developments in both of private & govt housing. For instance, b.jalil / kepong / w.maju / sentul / oug (okr).

When 3k units, half of it use Desa Park road(towards Mid Valley), half using internal Taman Desa (via school or villa there toward Desa Green or OKR) u see in future jam not lol

This project should called 'Residensi STPMAS'
In line with landmark and help those easily to find the project location if not familiar with Tmn Desa....

In June we chose to buy Gembira 737 in OKR/Kuchai Lama. 600+ units and freehold. Very good layout.

Among all the Rumawips launched during the last 3 months I would say Desa Satumas seems to be the best bargain. The density is appalling however, and with this kind of density I guess the facilities don't really matter much as sure will be crowded. Shitpond and HTC aside, this sounds to me like a decent location.
Aset Kayamas really is stretching it's resources thin on a crazy amount of projects, but if they deliver as promised this could be a good buy?

Making that road to Puchong and Cheras more jam only. Are they expanding the roads there?
