Should be SC,because SC approved thier application

I am a senior citizen 75yrs old and I have an interest on anything digital including cryptocurrency Btc.I have contaceted Luno on why I cannot trade crypyo pairs.
The reply by email says,I have to submit KYC documents eg IC,Driving Licence,a self photo holding the identity document with the words "For Luno use only".In fact during the first registration Nov 17 I have done that.

The problem is LUNO doesnt show illustrations on how to do it .Is it 3 separate photos:
1.IC photo
2.Driving Licence photo
3.The hardest part is...Self photo holding identiy documents with words FOR LUNO USE ONLY
How to hold an IC together with written words FOR LUNO USE ONLY.

I HOPE SINCERELY SOMEONE HERE WHO HAS DONE AND SUBMITTED TO ENLIGHTEN THIS PROCEDURE TO ME.

Ok.Thank you very much .I will submit only 2 documents

1.My Licence. (my ic address kg) so I use Licence
2.Selfie with Licence and white paper for Luno purposes only

Anybody have technical problem with Luno ,regarding trading on exchange
page.Passed 3 days still no credible reply.

Buy btc when at its lowest.The fees doesnt matter.Luno is the best choice,because is approved Digital Exchange,
the only one in Malaysia now.

Remitano is P2P exchange.That means willing buyer willing seller.Remitano becomes the middle man,act as escrow agent.It collects fees only.
No need govt approval,I think.

So you mean ok,to trade...buy/sell crypto to fiat.

I am level 3 verified but still unable to trade.Every time I tried to trade a messge appeared
"The currency pair is not enable for you"
Is it that I am not allowed to trade.Several times I enquired about this.The usual answer is still waiting for feedback
from technical support team.
I dont believe what they said.Do you believe them.Anybody got the same problem.

Be smart,is actually free if you are a maker.Dont have to pay a fee at all because the buyer or seller is paying,not you.
How? Here is the answer.Ex if the current price ii 10k,you put buy price lower than 10k and or sell price higher
than 10k.
The only thing is you have to wait to match your price.I have done several times before.Is all free.
Try this time.

I got the same message.Till today I cannot trade and deposit,I have contacted Luno several times.I am 3 stage verified.
Now still waiting.

Not neccesarilly a miner.As long U have btc or MYR in your wallet you can be a maker.

I recommend some reading on how to trade crypytocurrency.Understand taker and maker when trading.
I have been trading several times ,all for free.NO fees at all .In Luno mind you.

I think,here it involves transfer fee.
Why waste on fees.

Sorry,my wording is not exactly correct.What should I said was "When I am selling or buying Btc I just QUE in
(not direct).In other words I am a market maker not a taker.

Anybody experiencing difficulties to signin Luno.Several attempts
to sign in,but futile.
May be I am using Win 7

Yes,true.In mobile is ok but not on laptop PC.

Takers price.I thought there is a reduction to 0.2%

Beside Luno there are 2 more DAX namely Tokenise and Sinegy.Wich give better rate.
