Hi @Mrluno, just wanna ask why the exchange for BTC is different from other ALT Coins.

for example, BTC ATH was 41,900 USD but in LUNO the exchange price is around 178k MYR where it should be around 169K. May i know the reason why?

For ETH, Ripple and LTC i can see theres not much of different with direct exchange.

LUNO might miss out customer if dont implement interest wallet on the crypto u hold. Nowadays plenty of other wallet have inetrest just by holding btc.

I just started using Luno about a week ago, really new to the Crypto scene too.

How do I actually buy 0.08 ETH and get the actual amount without getting the transaction fee deduction? It's been bothering me, wished I could pay the fee with MYR instead.

Luno charge you 0.25% when you buy ETH with MYR.

Luno does not charge you, it's the Ethereum network charging you the withdrawal fee. Check ethgasstation.info for when its cheaper to withdraw, generally do it when the price isn't too volatile.

Somehow I never thought about that until now, thanks for explaining it to me.

I have tried price alert on mobile app, ios but it is not working. Anybody facing the same problem?

Yes, but when it is on idle mode, it tends to creep up or down, very slowly.

mrluno, just a quick question. Is there a way to remove the cash withdrawal limits? I checked Luno website, that Level 3 verification has a limit of RM 300k per month. But other countries doesn't have limits.

Too many new accounts until they can’t handle

Anyone have problem with pending orders on exchange? My target price met already but still no buy order went through. And when try to cancel the buy order it keep saying "cannot stop unknown or non-pending orders".

Strangely I can still withdraw the full amount to my bank. Hopefully the withdrawal goes through.
