is the DLink DIR-850L have stable ping for gaming? I only know the coverage not so good

Are you on Wifi or LAN? If LAN, then confirm the router is faulty...

For a cheap 2.4ghz router you can get TPLink-WR1043ND (RM199)

For a cheap 5ghz router you can get TPLink C2 AC750 (RM299)

Both quite good also.

If you don't mind about warranty and want cheaper you can look for Xiaomi Router 3 with custom firmware (Padavan) which cost around RM100+

i guess they are just trying to get your details first even if there is no availability for your area so when next time when it is available they will call you

on the spot~ they change router then do speedtest on the spot to see whether u get the speed or not before leaving~ this is how it should be done usually
