my unifi plan 50mbps, but only getting 22mbps max on lan, i thought it was old router problem, but today i changed a new router, it's still best getting 27mbps, whta's the problem? (called tm and they reset port, still same)

what the router requirment to get 40+ mbps speed on LAN?

you need to check your cable, is it 10/100 on your PC or is it 1Gbps, bad cable will be megabit connection

control panel - network and sharing center - change adapter settings - right click Lan - status - speed

cable need CAT6

it writes '100mbps'
