How to get this max download? Even for 50Mbps don't get max 6.5mb/s.

Hi guys. So recently TM launched their new packages. Earlier this year I subscribed to Unifi 30 because of the free upgrade to 50mb package later on. But the staff told me, due to technical issue cant upgrade to that speed. Im staying in an apartment so I believe still using old copper lines here.

The thing is one of my friend from different area been upgraded to the 50mb package even though he had similar technical restriction like mine.

Im paying RM179 now but the new package is RM139 only. So what I should do now ? Go to TM point to complain for price reduction or ask them to upgrade my speed even with the limitation ?

Currently I feel 30mb is enough for me, but if I can get it for RM139 should be great.

My relative same block different floor also using 30mbps but recently get free upgrade. She upgraded to 50mbps. With speed test i can get 50mbps without any issue.
Telekom say she lucky to get 50mbps. For me unlucky so can only get 30mbps

If not mistaken VDSL modem is connect directly to the phone jack. Mean modem directly connected to house phone jack.

i'm asking the same question yesterday.. whether anyone here already successfully upgraded to 100mbps with vdsl2
