I just did a call and agree the rm10 upgrade. The upgrade discount was perpetual even the contract period was ended. I did double confirm with the CS. But really confuse with the HyppTV JUMBO, does it provide HyppTV Jumbo for every upgraded user with existing pack like ANEKA/RUBY etc and remain both available for user or only JUMBO. If available for both can i swap the current Aneka to Ruby without any charges? Since both are same Value packs.

Submitted on Last Sunday (19Nov), Today Status become modify (pending). I guess there about schedule for replace Router.

Update:
From Pending become processing. After reboot both BTU and router, my throughput DL become 100 on 1st second and UL become 50, but wont remain after that.lol.

Just now the Tm contractors coming apply do a single reboot, now the speed was upgraded to 100mbps already. There bring along the router & btu, but the router they provide are dlink 850, i declined straight away ask to replace the archer C7 as they spoke to me there are out of stock for those model. Reappointment needed for waiting new stock.
