i hav upgrade 50mbps to 100mbps abt 2 week. but the speed test never show 100mbps. alwys 50+mbps. already live chat but still same. anyone face sme prob?

i think my device cannot sapot 100mbps la bcos i hve jus test with my amazon firetv 3 and it show 90+mbps. huhu
