Yeah, call and check. Keep your question simple, just ask why you haven't got your free 30mbps upgrade and see what they say.

When and how did you get 30Mbps? It was only available in 2015 which most of us upgraded to 30Mbps that time with contract refreshed.

My line got a free upgrade about two months ago as per budget. It was from 10 to 30Mbps.

Download speed is excellent and not proven to be a fluke but I am really curious on the speedtest. On my 10Mbps line the speed was consistent at around 10. No way down and not much higher.

On the 30Mbps the speedtest is anything but reliable. It swings a lot on the 10Mbps to 26Mbps. I will be happy if it sticks to 25Mbps on the speedtest most of the time but instead it is more to the 15-18Mbps range.

Is it the same for anyone else? Just curious whether I should make a complaint or not.

Same here, last I checked TM said Sep. If I ask again, bet they'll say Oct.

already using Unifi since 2012 or 2013, can't remember correctly

Solved? Time to call TM if it's BTU or line problem.

Reject.. Can counter.. Ask for 189 for 100Mbps if your place supports. If it doesn't ask for price reduction to 139, after granted and reflected.. Walk to TM Point and ask for additional RM10 for 50Mbps or just ask straight..

add another RM10? but then it'll re-start the 2 years contract from the day u sign up the new package, as always

All sounds legit. Can request is one thing, them accepting and implementing is another. Last I remember reading is that can only do the RM10 speed bump once. Want higher? Have to pay the normal price as per website. But, worth trying.. 

Nope, based on what others HAVE gotten, should not have accepted 189 for 50Mbps as others are getting 100Mbps plus Jumbo and free calls. As per my previous post. What I advice is that you first ask for price reduction as I did to 139 for 30Mbps. After that's approved, immediately ask for 149 for 50Mbps. High chances this works. The final step is asking for bump to 100Mbps which means you'd actually be paying RM159 per month for 100Mbps plan. Which I don't think anyone else has and why I believe TM won't allow it.. 

You already agreed to a new plan.. It might be difficult to change it.. Walk into a TM Point or HQ better.. Try to resolve it. Be polite and pushy at the same time.
