Didnt receive SMS promo so i Live chat with them last week on tuesday. She asked me if im eligible do i want to upgrade from my TQ Surprise 50mbps to 100mbps through the rm10 promo. If i want, she will open ticket to sales.
So she opened ticket to sales then on next day (Weds) sales called me. Blablabla yesterday EOD received SMS saying order ID completed and turn off modem. Came back home and all upgraded dy after i switch off BTU and router for 10sec.
Double story house. No hardware upgrade done and no TECH ppl came to my house. The router they gave me when i installed unifi back in december last yr was DIR-850 but im using AC55UHP at the moment with TPLink Powerline with AC Wifi to distribute wifi to ground floor.
