QUOTE(#Victor @ Dec 5 2017, 06:40 PM) There are few possibilities: How about 100? Toll free?1. 1300 numbers are always chargeable except TM landline 1300 numbers. 2. 1300 numbers are free within STD20 600 minutes, after 600 minutes is chargeable. 3. 1300 numbers are always chargeable. What is the call rate? Flat rate 10sen/minute? |

Nov 27: 2:30pm Received call from installer, coming at 3:30pm then received SMS saying the same thing. Nov 27: 3:30pm Installation starts Nov 27: 5:00pm Speedtest 50mbps not 100mbps. Installer cannot complete install, removed all new equipment & left. Told me to call him when the speed has been upgraded. Nov 27: 6:00pm Called 100 to report the failed install. QUOTE(llk @ Dec 12 2017, 01:33 PM) Im ok with the contract actually, i have been using this unifi account 10years, just that as i noticed from this thread the discount should be permanent, and now i got different info from TMpoint saying it is only valid for 2years, i'm getting confuse. the sales at 100 told me that it's RM189 even after two year contract, by then I would expect a faster broadband with lower price from TM |

QUOTE(llk @ Dec 12 2017, 07:32 PM) You are so lucky, I started using Unifi 10years ago, started with 5MB>10MB>30MB>50MB, now stuck with 50MB start talking with the operator first, then they will transfer your call to sales. Just ask them whether you are eligible for the RYE upgrade or not. I think they will eventually upgrade your broadband as they wanna earn more from you Haha, maybe i'm bad luck, every CS i have talked not so kind |
