Update: TMConnects ask to restart as well as check the cable properly. Since it's a new and freshly install, I think the cable should not be the problem as we didn't touch anything since installation finished at 5 pm yesterday. It was working fine until this morning around 5 am
I had almost same problem as yours. Mine - both "Äuth" and "Link" are NOT blinking. I have the Unifi Lite installed early September 2017, works fine for 1 month and suddenly, had the same problem as yours. I have 3 reports on this matter. No connection. First two times, switch off modem, cannot connect back to Unifi Server and the third time today, the Unifi suddenly disconnects by itself and cannot connect back again.Just upgraded to UNIFI Lite yesterday from Streamyx 4Mbps

Both TM technicians ( upon 2nd and 3rd report ) mentioned that the cable connection was roughly done.
I suggest you ask the technician/installer to come to your house and recheck the cable from the house ie modem straight to the white TM Box. We cant check because need that TM machine to do the testing or check the ports.
Because the installer did a lousy job.
