Update: TMConnects ask to restart as well as check the cable properly. Since it's a new and freshly install, I think the cable should not be the problem as we didn't touch anything since installation finished at 5 pm yesterday. It was working fine until this morning around 5 am

I had almost same problem as yours. Mine - both "Äuth" and "Link" are NOT blinking. I have the Unifi Lite installed early September 2017, works fine for 1 month and suddenly, had the same problem as yours. I have 3 reports on this matter. No connection. First two times, switch off modem, cannot connect back to Unifi Server and the third time today, the Unifi suddenly disconnects by itself and cannot connect back again.

Both TM technicians ( upon 2nd and 3rd report ) mentioned that the cable connection was roughly done.

I suggest you ask the technician/installer to come to your house and recheck the cable from the house ie modem straight to the white TM Box. We cant check because need that TM machine to do the testing or check the ports.

Because the installer did a lousy job.

Good day everyone.

Just want to check on this matter. Have anyone heard about Bonanza Plus? My aunty wanted to upgrade her old 10MBP Package to Bonanza 30MBP Package yesterday at TM Point but TM Point directed her to call 100.

At first CS refused to allow her to change her package as she is paying more than the promo price. CS informed her that TM would launch Bonanza Plus this month end where loyal customers will get to pay RM139 for 30MBP Package without the 2 years contract. However, it's only for certain customers only.

My aunty is paying the 10MBP Package at RM149 for a long time. Finally the CS allows her to change to the Bonanza Package with a topup to match back with her old payment. However, I am not sure if the CS did an order for her coz I understand that TM Point is the only one allowed to made orders for Bonanza Package.
