i also fact this issue pppoe with auto turn red within 2-3min usaga when connecting with VDSL2-ZTE-H268E . I was flash to latest firmware no luck. try replace using back stock router dlink 850l is ok. I was send back to tplink for RMA process.. let's how this going yet. hmm.gif

i just live chat , they ask me go through call 100 to marketing team ask for detail ...

btw , i on vip20 > 50mbps (thank you suprise) just get upgrade last few months back.

no receive any sms abt rm10 promo..

should i higher chance can entitle this rm10 promo ?

and i got ask the helpdesk there no need any hardware replacement to be taken , but my btu is huawei black color 1 (since vip5 taken) , is able to carry 100mb line overall ? or i need take a report to ask for replacement 1st?

my installation date is should be by tomorrow which meantion is SMS. MY BTU is huawei black color 1 since vip10. they should given us the new BTU and router right ? currently i using ASUS-AC66U-B1 as my main router.

TM Installer just come over my place to replace the BTU and router , but my speed still reach 50mbps only . Call and check with back end said my order not yet completed...

i'm same to you , mine got only rm150 promo discount only since no have rm50 special discount in portal , but when in talk with CS 100 they was told me will give me RM200 total discount on the phone. Just now live chat with CS they meantion my billing is btw ... anyone can share the what is the RM50 discount stand for?
