you can actually register new for the same address. then terminate the old one after the installation. fyi u can register up to 3 line under same name

dont get confuse. that one is not renew contact date. yesterday my friend also complain to tm. he chat with tm rep then indeed the contract was not renewed. but tm just show the latest package upgrade date

if u come from bonanza deal, you cannot get this one upgrade rm10 thing one. just received a call from tm and upgrade mine.

call for an upgrade via call 100 last thursday. still no upgrade till now. how long need to wait aiya. cant wait already 100mbps 189

Same. Just received sms saying my order has been completed. I restart everything, got the upgraded speed. Jumbo pack also there. But still not reflected in unifi.com.my

Apply on 16th. Exactly after 7 business day only upgrade
