just came back from tm point, system not ready to "upgrade" for existing users (that do not have contract) yet, system only ready to register for new users. all i did was let them verify my status and took my thumbprint, then they say they will check with HQ for clarification, most probably next week only settle.

no point bringing old equipments to tm point, they can't change it there. but the staff mentioned that once my contract is renewed, i can call 100 and they will send someone to change the equipments as there are settings to be done by the technicians.

for existing users that are now advance 50 due to free upgrade from advance 30 but still under contract, they said no way to change back to advance 30 for RM139, but you can write a letter to "complain".

same here. new site they update my service start date to when I received my speed upgrade. Feb 2017
I was one early sub when new 30Mbps package arrive. paid 1 or 2 months RM199 then TM offer RM179 for same package 
did TM change TnC again?

Second and third line using the same BTU?

I think walk-in to the nearest TM Point is the fastest, it could be done in less than a day.

Well, my UniFi has definitely been updated to 100mbps. Even my HyppTV is now Jumbo pack but not reflected at unifi.com.my yet. It's still TQ50 and Ruby pack there. Support tickets status are also unchanged.
