Anyone receive the 100Mbps upgrade for RM 189 already?

My plan now upgrade to UniFi Advance Plus 50Mbps - RYE 2017
Call to 100 ,CS said the promotion price for 24months only ,monthly pay Rm140 instead of Rm169 for my plan... not make sense at all...So I just closed the call..
How come after upgrade the price lower?

how does RYE differs anyway? what's the discount type?

For RYE 2017 yours got 24months discount  or perpetual ? Jumbo pack + free call?

Wow, I am paying RM199 for 50mbps and free calls.

After upgrade have to pay RM209  for 100mbps + free calls + jumbopack.

Which means i will be paying RM209 , instead of RM189.00

so unfair

Yes, my last transaction was a relocation from PJ (Selangor) to Seremban (Negeri Sembilan).
My first transaction was a relocation within PJ.
Complain. Many of us will be paying RM 189 only.

seems like a lot people are getting the upgrade now. i got mine to. call on saturday

U are upgrading to 100mbps?If yes, got promo discount RM150 and unifi special discount RM50 appear on dashboard which total is RM200 discount.

I jumped from 5 > 10 > 30 > 50 > 100

before, my package is unifi advance 30 rm189

now just change to unifi advance 30 rye 139

All you lucky folks being upgraded to 100Mbps for 189.. I'm still fighting for mine.. TM saying my place is limited to 30 Mbps only cuz high floor.. bla bla.. I say, come upgrade to full fiber la.. We are paying customers.. Giving bs excuses.. Really can't wait for TIME to move in.. gonna pitch.

Actually planned to go TMpoint today but due to busy with work in the morning so the plan was scrapped, but i managed to call 100 again and this time CS help me creating a report to their upper level for the request, i don't know this is BS or not but no choice just trust what he said at the moment.

No. my package was from 30MB - RM 169
then thank you suprise to 50MB
now add RM 10 to 100 MB with free Jumbo Pack & STD20 lo.

This time quite fast they update in unifi portal, already updated all except the unifi promo discount, maybe I shall monitor few more days and see 

now unifi 30mbs rm139 for new regstration
so i call 100 for any promo or hw i canget the same promo
she said only new customer get that promo..
if i want that promo i must terminate current pakej
so i went to tmpoint to terminate..
then the cs check and give me same promo 139 without terminate current line
+ the price permanent  after 2 years..
only dont have free call..
