Still auto hang even with light usage with default firmware.
Anyway....

Note: All router settings will reset after updating to new firmware, please backup the configuration at Advanced, Sytem Tools, Backup&Restore, update the the new correct firmware and restore the configuration later. Much less trouble.

Bolded the region and revision number.
Update: So far, beta firmware for c1200 EU v1 = been torrenting for 18 hours and still hasn't encounter random reboot..... cheers.gif

I can confirm that this beta firmware should include the fix for the random reboot issue.

Expect the official release to be out soon but let's make a backup of this firmware just in case if they decided to enforce @unifi for the Malaysia firmware. laugh.gif

For those having issues with Archer C1200, please try the following firmware.

Apparently, there is a firmware bug which may cause the system to crash if you use Chromecast or any Android devices on your network.

Guys, what do u use VPN with unifi for? I mean the main purpose to go pirate web for download?

I have a Singapore VPN for smoother browsing.

Unifi international link is not that good especially to European and China sites.

Of course, you can use a VPN to bypass region restriction like watching BBC or certain American content.

Can anyone check if their torrent IPV6 are working using Tplink C1200?

Example, run Qbittorrent, make sure "Listen on IPv6 address (requires restart)" is checked. Restart Qbittorrent and use this site http://www.ipv6scanner.com/ to check if ipv6 is reachable.

EDIT: Weird, I also cannot access my home ftp server (filezilla server) via IPv6 from outside. IPv4 access with portforwarding is fine.

The port is firewall either on your Computer or on the router.

TP-Link does not allow the configuration of IPV6 firewall, check the config on your computer.

I was thinking it might be firewall issue, so I disabled it and still can't get my IPv6 reachable by outside client bangwall.gif

Is your FTP server configured properly to listen on IPV6?

Try internally in your network over IPV6 first to rule out firewall issues on the router side.

Worst to worst, use IPV4 since it works. biggrin.gif
