Mine at Puchong area AUTH and LINK LIGHT all OFF since yesterday 7pm, called TM with replied "pls wait...our sms" WTF.

Call few times TM100 to report my FTTH line down, but no action is taking from them. TM technical part still sleeping.

What is mean by "health insurance" ? I had found something in https://occ.unifi.my under "support". Is that one?

xunlei downloader torrent content had been blocked on 13/10/17. It's happening once few years back before. Some solution of this issue on http://www.hao6v.com/dy/2017-06-27/29366.html. Alternative way, can try utorrent.

Something wrong to the price on RM139 UniFi Advance 30Mbps package between the 50Mbps (differ RM50) and 10Mbps (differ RM10).

During the switching period, Is possible to apply 2 lines same package same address and same name in the landed house?

HyppTV EC6108v8 LAN port (set IPTV 600) connectivity is okay. When I'm trying on connect to the wifi (set IPTV 600), but error "authentication fail". The password enter is correct. What is the issue?

I pay TM only RM139
Discount calcalute, RM199 - RM139 = RM60 discount**
but it not tally with TM dashboard "promo discount RM90", Can anyone advise?

RM199 Break down = RM169 Internet + RM30 HappyTV

Upgraded lite 10mbps to 30mbps. How come got two @iptv account there (same username with 17 behind)? one is HappyTV everywhere Lite, other is HappyTV Residential. And, Is this charger separately (everywhere RM30 + residential RM30)?

Mine RYE 30mbps is differ, only Ruby no STD20, but the discount is RM90. Don't know how the calculate it?

Mine previoulsy was Lite@rm99+Ruby@rm30=rm129
After upgrade Advance30@rm169+Ruby@rm30+"???"@rm30-discount@rm90=rm139 (as per add RM10 RYE2017's bill)
The "???" item currently not included in my @unifi dashboard. Anyone come across?

As I'm right? your package as below (Jumbolite converted to Aneka):

30mbps@RM169 + aneka@RM30 - discount@RM60 = RM139 (yr 30mbps)

Bonanza=24 mths discount
RYE= perpetual discount
