"Existing customers can only upgrade to a higher value package. Migrating to same or lower packages is not allowed within contract period. Applicant may apply for this offering under this Campaign via TMpoint, TM Authorized Dealers, Resellers or TM Staffs during the Campaign Period. TM reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the offering earlier either in whole or in part and furtherreserves the right to vary, supplement, delete, amend or modify any of the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice for the Campaign."

I got this from TM.
Any1 from JB manage to upgrade?
I on 30mb (RM179)....thinking add RM10 to upgrade to 50mb...

Upgrade only can do at TM POINT....
Call 100 no use....
They will ask you go TM POINT....

20 mins ago called 100 to see if I can get the upgrade done over the phone. Lazy as usual to go out.
Anyway ,RM10 100mbps upgrade done. (from RM179 TQ Suprise 50mbps)
Breakdown is:
100mbps 299 + Existing Ruby 30 + Jumbo 60 = 389 less discount 200 = RM189
STD20 remains. 600mins to TM & OLNO landlines and all mobile. After 600min, free to TM landlines, others are chargeable.
Contract renewal 2 yrs.
Equipment warranty 1 yr.
Terminating Jumbo Pack or STD20 will remove discount.
Must have at least one HyppTV package.

Damn...Y last time I call 100 ask for upgrade (+Rm10 to RM189)...
They ask me go TM POINT???????
If can do on phone....I Just call 100...

The staff check and say only for New Subscriber.
Then I say can I complaint....She say can....
After few day, come an email from TM....

Add RM10 only can get 50mb (RM189),right?
100MB also can get in price RM189?

Just call TM 100 asking for I can add RM10 to upgrade to 50mb.
She say my name not on the list.
I direct say you Complaint Dept. say I can adding money to upgrade.
She say this just for normal package. (add RM50-RM229)
I scowl them that my email never mentioned any package name...
So I can just add RM 10 to RM189.
Later she say she will checked.
Then she tell me is I complaint I want switch from RM179 to RM139, so the email mentioned only can add money to upgrade.
I tell her I know TM won't let me do this and I only want add RM10 to RM189.
She say my Tel No not on the list to do that.
Blah..Blah..Blah...Keep scoring....
Finally make complaint again by this adding RM10 to RM189....
Ai.....See what feedback from TM....

Jealous with all of you guy who get to upgrade...
Yesterday call 100, they say who eligible to upgrade is depend the way to pay the bill, such as no late pay.....(Hope I did not listen wrongly..)
Will go TM Point ask again...
If really cannot, just give up...

Anyway already ask for file in my complaint y I can't add rm 10 to 50mb.

30mb just can add RM 10 to 50mb. Cannot direct jump to 100mb. Unless u got free upgrade to 50mb then can add more RM 10 to 100mb. Why don't call 100 to clarify it qualifications?

TM won't allow u to reduced price 1. Only can tambah duit to upgrade. If u in 2017 free upgrade list. Advice is to wait. Cause is free.
