Anyone experience no internet at all now?

So my internet down with no voip no auth just lan has light.

I called 100, they just said they have ganguan will call me soon. Unti now nobody drop a call.

Isee i made report again on chat they replied that my area has down. So will be fix till midnight. Hope they not troll me.

Anyone in kolombong area cant use unifi my unifi down for over 18hrs

Yes even after 11:30pm aa they stated still nothing happen.

Ok i facing this issues,
Yesterday they daid there an outage on my area would be restore on 23:30
Today,
I live chat with them the said the cant find the issues suspect is the network problem doesnt adress where .
They just said want to charge me for 53 before any checking.
Auth blink link and lan1 on, voip no light
Then they said already restored but still have few user offline.
So they ask me wait for next working day mean i may at least 4days no internet uae.
