Anyone's unifi is down because of google dns?

STB is for the hypptv media player(an android box with TM internal setting) , BTU (Broadband Termination Unit)will change the light pulse carry in the fiber optic into electric signal...so it will be divide to the router and telephone line, if for streamyx we call it modem....got two type of BTU ...depends on premises location...FTTH BTU and VDSL BTU.

My autopay billing started already. So early charged me for it. But the price still original price, no RM2 reduction. Is that RM2 reflected at the end of the month on my statement instead of the bill itself?

I put my modem (and pc + addons) through a ups. Streamyx days, I use to lose a modem (and/or router) every 1-2 years due to lightning, even with surge protectors (not ups). Haven't lost anything since using Unifi + ups, though this is probably partly due to the fact that the lightning is probably not travelling along the unifi lines like it did the telephone lines. Nowadays, once in a while I'll get a strike that trips the fusebox downstairs, but my pc/modem/router is fine, and still surfing.

Mine was still the old black huawei BTU. Should i request for a change? Based on speedtest using LAN, max i get is around 90mbps. However when downloading, i can achieve 100mbps though..So dont know whether i should request for a change or not?

30 Oct unifi install. 2 days later unlucky unifi drop 40 ringgit per month to 139 ringgit.
Try to upgrade to 50mbps with additional rm10. Unlucky i could able to upgrade due to VDSL.

Went TMpoint yesterday, unfortunately they don't allow me upgrade to 50mbps Bonanza RM189, only can upgrade to 100mbps Bonanza.

They told me I have to terminate my current 30mbps (still on contract) and pay for penalty only can get 50mbps Bonanza.

Lesson learnt. Don't be the highest paying customer for TM. Go with the lowest package and upgrade from there.
