Terminate and take a new plan? Nope, said no port. Then, once again offered RM10 plus to upgrade to 30mbps. (Currently paying RM149 before GST) Expect me to pay RM20 more for same service? Answer is no.
I choose to terminate. Putting on queue now. New installation might charge RM50+, not sure what sh*t, check the condition of fibre cable blah blah.

I speak with them calmly though. Don't feel like getting angry at all, strange enough. So, no Unifi for me atm but I can still use Streamyx from my next house. So, whatever, I can wait.

Anyone switched from Maxis Fibre recently to Unifi Bonanza 30MBPS @ RM139 for first 24 months? (ancient package: RM125 per month incl. GST for 10MBPS)

Initially was tempted to just upgrade via Maxis (RM139 also and renews contract, applicable for first 24 month only) but seems like it may make more sense to take Unifi Bonanza for the additional perks / less parties involved.

Although to be fair I never really had issue with Maxis and was able to get myself a Public IP assigned. Is Unifi still assigning Public IP or they have switched to issuing Private IP by default?

My area just have unifi and register unifi 30mb when they open booth near my house, what pack included with unifi 30mb, can choose which pack i want ?
