For 333km travelled, will need 31.74L to fill up full. Shell mean previous full tank is using shell. Mean shell used up 31.74L for 333km

If jam all the way to work i think the FC is quite high.
From my place to work is 15-17KM ...
Total time used is average 1 hour 15min ...
Go back home average 1 hour .. also 15-17km only

Once drive out from Home then Jam all the way until KL car park.

Heavy jam 99% city drive.

i think someone open their car door and banged my car door..

what is ur colour code ?
i saw my car there state colour is 128.
i guess is A0128 from ezy touch up ?

Hi Guys. Refer picture attached.
After few refit and changed the bumper bracket. The issue still not resolved.
Just got a call from SC that warranty claim.had been approved to change the whole front bumper + paint.

Given 2 option
1. Leave car at SC for minimum 2 days
2. They spray the bumper now. And I just go to install when I'm free. But there might be very slight different colour due to ageing I guess( car about 4-5months old)

Is it ok if I pick option 2? Or don't claim the bumper at all. As it will not be so original anymore? Hmmmm

Btw the sc I'm going to is COSE

Scared will have big different in paint job?
Some told me few month car shouldn't be any problem.
If 1-2years then maybe will have slight diff.
So just wondering only, coz quite susah need to leave car there as the distance and time constrain. Summore no car use when leave car at sc

ya asked my colleague . he also said 4 months no different wan la . colour code correct and from HQ should be ok

What seen cannot be unseen haha.
my bumper got slight defect.. in the end they approved to change the front bumper ..
since the new bumper is without paint, was requested to leave car for 2-3 days for paint job.
Got no extra car, so requested them to just spray based on the factory colour code..
After spray, can see the paint brighter than the rest of the car.. lazy already..
use few years got scratches then repaint outside. .

noticed some photo on fb group, those who never repaint their car also got slight paint colour off from them bumper...
but mine originall blend well, now become like 2 tone already

Bumper defect issue.

1st SC visit, refit bumper. Ok for few days and popped out again
2nd SC visit(during first 1k KM service), refit again. After few days popped out again.
3rd SC decided to go COSE. Heard there very canggih. Refit again. After 1 week popped out again
4th SC visit, change the bumper bracket inside. After 1 week, popped out again.
5th SC visit, claim approved to change new bumper.

But, changing bumper is the worst decision ever. Was told before hand had to leave car 2-3 days for the bumper replacement + paint job. Then i asked is it possible to spray the bumper and i just go install. Was told there will be "slightly" off if did not leave car there. Since car is about 4 months old, i guess slightly should be ok. And the slightly turn out to be :





maybe i too sensitive, this is just slightly off

Cose ask to email wecare.
Wecare ask to deal back with cose.
Cose say that before do already said will slightly off(I don't have extra car to leave car at SC for 3days so requested if can paint first) and I say I can accept if slightly off due to car about 4months should not be much ageing issue on paint.

Send in car 9am. Actually just to pasang bumper only(since they paint it earlier). 12pm told me 3-4pm only can collect car. Coz after pasang they feel very different. Wanna touch up. So I ok lor wait. But after that come out also I see way diff. Abit lose hope Liao. Day1 bumper issue until now. The more try to fix the more it getting worst. Zzz

asked back COSE the other day. CAOSE SA say I am the one who agreed that it will be slight different if i dont leave my car for 3days there.
What else i can say. I just email wecare with some attached photo if they can help out in this case.
Coz i dont think that is slight different. I googled those that complaint there bumper after repaint got slight different, those are real slight different.
Wat i got for me is quite huge different(i think workshop also realize, since at 12pm they extended the time to 3pm+ due to they need to try to touch up).
LOL, would not going back COSE, actually its quite far from me. I tot COSE is the HQ, but the SA say email to HQ(wecare), their SC is not HQ.

why need repaint the whole car. worst to worst just repaint the bumper outside.

haha, i dont do paint job before. i did asked how slight is it.
SA said from far kenot see the different wan la ...
need look very closely only can notice if got slight diff.

COSE just called back and asked me to go back and leave car for them to respray ..
Duno the SC will dulan or not. Later sabotage my car. And need arrange transport. Leave car there need take public transport 60kM back home.
Then collection time need take public transport 60Km to COSE.

Paint outside RM250-300
Go back COSE - Public transport mayb about RM100. + risk of kena sabotage as workshop sure not happy ..

Hard call.

I just don't know whats the deal between the paint job n proton.
Cose SC paint job is owned by proton or individual.
If individual n proton asked them to take fullt responsibilitythen later owner not happy n make more issue.
