If it's IMEI block, it should be usable by inserting other local telco sim right?

IMEI block should be telco dependent...

Interesting, I didn't know there's a centralised system for IMEI blocking like MNP DB...

It's not the end of the story yet... worst come to worst... sell it at SG... at least it's not a total loss...
