Fixed commitment
Mum's allowance - RM500
Rental - RM350
Car - RM570
PTPTN - RM200
Phone - RM60
Living Cost
Petrol - around RM200
toll - around RM200
Grocery - around RM300
Eating out / delivery - around RM200
Entertainment - around RM200 (will try to save it from the ‘EatingOut' & 'Grocery' part
Saving
around 1k-2k monthly
occasionally more due to company bonus.
TBH, upon excluding all the fixed commitment, my living cost can be <RM1000, including buying skin care and sometimes clothes.
The amount that I am saving right now, is >40% of my fixed gross income as I have other income source too.

Just exercise a bit more caution with investments and learn to conduct due diligence. Savings and cashflow is always a good thing. |
