Would like to inform you all that there is one conman cheat me this morning...

This conman using following detail to cheat me

Public bank ac number : 4400557816
Name : Elliot Kong Zen Wie

He using howler750@gmail.com contact with me. At first i tot he was howler75, I didn't notice that "howler750". In the end i transfer my money to his account and i loss his contact. So i begin suspect that he is a cheater. And i checked my chat log and i realise that he is howler750 instead of howler75(which i know him). anyway i don't know how did he get my contact to know that I want to buy USD. Anyway just want to let you all konw that this guy is cheating money in lowyat.net and pls becareful.

Anyway I already make police report already in Kuala Lumpur HQ.

I got angry when i read that these stupid paypal trader conman are still active in low yat net and lelong dot com despite so many police reports has been lodged!

Peoples in LYN are getting blinded by the low price paypal. I wonder what is in their head. Lesson to you, do check carefully before dealing. Money is your hard earn.

yes. Couldn't have agreed more. Greed is usually the number reason why people get conned. But some are pure bad luck. Anyway, whatever the reason, hope that it could be resolved ASAP. Try to report to police is can. The PDRM should really look into setting up a cybercrime division.

In fact even the cybercrime is being set up, the greed will never fade away. Anyways, since right now too much of con case on paypal. I suggest user to go through whole forum before dealing with and also deal with the trusted user. Don't simply deal with a stranger.
