Polis report made, traffic polis say small calar, no need. Got polis report to cover against the Myvi if he claim insurance fraud against my car in the future. Video on Youtube, GDrive and HDD.

Now on to aduan JPJ. Do it online? This one will tarik his lesen one right? Or drag him to court.

because I will also honk when another driver makes a deliberate "mistake".
don't care if it's myvi or bmw. all sudah kena honk by me.

and I would expect no less from other drivers.
because if and when I kena honk because of my stupid mistake on the road, it makes me feel guilty, embarassed, become aware that I am risking something and someone, nibbles on my conscience, .... and makes me strive to be better driver and motorcyclist.

However, I do not intend to retract my polis and JPJ report. That is for sure, what the authorities going to do with him, that is up to him to face his actions and its consequences.

I do hope the authorities do their investigation work and suspend/court action his lesen. Some punishment must relate to the seriousness of their actions.

Kalau kita membaca berita ini dengan teliti ia membawa maksud bahwa pihak Polis belum lagi menerima aduan drp mangsa. Walau pun demikian, setahu saya (sbg bekas Pegawai Polis) Polis tetap akan menyiasat perkara ini secara sulit dan tidak dibiarkan begitu sja. Untuk pihak Polis memulakan penyiasatan secara resmi, membawa kes ini ke muka pengadilan dan mendapatkan keadilan, mangsa mesti hadir dimana2 Balai Polis dan buat repot sepertimana diwajibkan mengikut Seksyen 107 Kanun Acara Jenayah. Memberi lapuran secara resmi kpd Polis adalah suatu presedur dimana-mana negara.
