This school is lousy. What they advertised is totally different with what my kid is experienced. They very good in branding themselve, those advesrtisemt make them have a really good reputation. This is one of the reason why i had make a wrong decision to send me kid there. I too much review from they facebook. After i sent my kid there for few months, my kid totally do not have any improvement and for a 4 year old kids cannot even know A B C. I do not expect much, but can speak out at least A- Z . When i found out soemthing might be wrong alredy, i just go and googles/study about the background of the school. I read again from those so call Good review, what i found out most of those good review is written by thier family memeber, relatives, friends or partner. All those review is not genuine enough for a parent to make decision whether to enroll their children or not because those people that leave good review- thier children are not studying this school. They just drop by to leave good review to supoort the school to have a good reputation.
Advice for those parents that doing survery - do not trust too mcuh review from thier facebook comments- please personally visit the school arounf 11:15am to 12pm , try to talk to those parents that waiting thier kids outside the school, then you able to more understand the school situation,. is really that good? No! this is my answer . think twice and twice and twice before choose this school. if not you will regret.

i too just withdraw my kids (two of them) out. totally agree with the comment made by TS. I also notice there is high staff turnover in the pre-school. Not sure is the management issue or what... i think too commercial.. instead of education.. They Mission and Vision is good, but they cannot implement and make it real. MY 2 kids even worst after studying this school. I do not demend my kids become leader/ledership ( from the school mission, vision) , they desont look like 3 years kids. They knowledge only look like 1 years +.. after half years studying in that school, i did not see they have learn new thing.

Hi .. still looking for good and suitable preschool ... not easy to find as earlier school- shambala kids really too good environment if compared to others. However if you really want you kids to learn and growth , shambala really not a good choice. You only pay for the enviroment and the cleaness of the buliding only. Kids really cannot learn ..

or mummy perhaps you have any idea that can share?

Can try surveying Kiwi Valley at Taman Putra Prima. Teachers are all experienced ones.

Yes, their FB management really impressive. I was cheated based on thier facebook .. what you see in thier facebook is not what you experienced after u enrolled you kids. Please do not believe too much thier " good review " as most of them that gave good review are the family's and friends's of the shambala owner! This school very commercial and their main purpose and focus is $$$$ and not your child well being or development.

The worst is the school may look clean but the way the handle HFM / Influenza A outbreak is totally unprofessional where there are more than 5 people who caught Influenza A and yet to allow the school to still operate. What they do is just to send out Whatapp to parents to inform them about the outbreak but never take the steps to shut down a few days to do clean up.

how are the fees like?

on the high side, 2017 was 500 and now for 2018 it will be 600, yet to plus plus all the miscellaneous fee
For them they charge even December school fee and they will collect it upon registration and during december your kids only go to school for the first week
I did take the total annual fee (registration, misc, insurance, etc etc) of 2017 and then divide it by 12 months, at average i am paying close to RM850 per month
RM850 is for 2017 and with the fee increase it will be close to RM1k per month. If can pay 1k, then better send your child to international school

totally agree with the summary. i guess u must have sent ur child there..
with 1:10 also the "coach" sucks at their job
they dont use "heart" to teach
my child was ask not to "poo" at school because the coach hate to help them clean it up
they could do this to a 3 years old.. can you believe it!

Yeah, one of the contributors to the profit-oriented preschool!!! Yes, agreed not every coach use their "heart" to guide or coach the children there. If the coach doesn't allow your child to poo there, you must complain to the principal. If lucky problem solves, otherwise at the end, still, the child will suffer! I saw some of the coaches just like those monkey. Spending time there just to entertain among themselves. Sometimes, don't even show proper attitude in front of the children. Nah, just blindfolded my eyes and pretend I didn't see anything. If I complain again, then don't know what will happens! Most probably I will explode since I put a very high expectation on this preschool (high price tag mah)!

I'm SUPER AGAINST (even until now) with this preschool when my spouse said wanna send our child there. It's due to I saw a review that one of the parents been arguing with the admin (in Facebook) and someone blogged sorta bad review about this preschool before. But nothing I can do, since we can't find any better environment with an affordable price tag for my child. Since my child's coach still okay, then I just blindfold my eyes again. As long as they don't torture my child I already feel blessed! I just can't take it when my child said, they served them NESTUM AGAIN (my child first nestum drinks starts from preschool)! I was like

When asked my child wanna change school or not? The replied is, unless can go to my child's prefered preschool (with a hefty price tag) otherwise the answered is NO. And since my child got a group of close friends inside there, therefore, nothing much I can do! Even though, I really wanna withdraw my child out from there.

i can "feel you" and understand what a nightmare your child must have gone through. high price tag = high expectation but end result is total bullshit!
i took a bold decision and just cut it off, is just like cancer, if u dont cut it off it will continue to spread

let me share another funny story - i went to pick up my child, then ask "how is school today, what did Coach XXXX teach you today?", my child replied "Coach XXXX on MC".
Completely screw up!!!

They could have just told the kids "Coach XXXX is not feeling well today..

Let's wait and see whether I will receive any calls from the other preschool. If got then probably I will withdraw my child out.

Hello guys... any fellow parents from taman desa/nearby area? I find it really hard to find a good preschool nearby our area within 15-20mins drive. Famous ones like San Lorenzo, Beaconhouse and the Children's House are all kinda far from us... anyone has good recommendation?
