Tot old structure is still there? Sunway n mkh would have taken over the s&p with d buyers, maybe buyers given option to opt out or continue with purchase

D old structure shud b d carpark where they are nt demolishing it.

350k-400k for 850sft is affordable with direct access to mrt stn n with sunway/mkh as d developers, i think this project will do well

Just saw d info earlier, its called ppmm instead of samm- seems like all these units have 1 size at 550sft.
