Hi, anybody knows the history of the abandoned project? Who are the developer and what was the project name?

The previous developer went bankrupt due to some financial problems. That place used to have a sawmill before they build this building.

Currently, the project site is undergoing site cleaning.

Just apply permit to demolish the abandon building. Lulus on 23 Dec 2019.

Still long way to go. D/O havent submit. May b wait for next property bull run first just launch.
