Agree there wont b brt here since oredi got mrt. D mrt stn is good enough 4 residents 2 travel 2 many places. Hopefully yhry dont price it 2 high

Ya i wud say nt less than 700psft, sunway can justify it with tod concept, freehold (i guess), brand name, near tesco n hospital etc

I thnk they r nt like ms in terms of d speed in launching sales after acquiring a prop, need 2 go thru lots of red tape n procedures. I think mayb need 2 wait at least till Q2 2018 b4 we c d launching

Wow demolish all d structures! Its good as maybe its not stable after being abandoned for so long.

Actually can start selling while it is being demolished? Loaded co no hurry to sell, now market also weak n slow
