Jual Barang Kat Orang Lain
this guy had promised me to C.O.D at his place, by the day wanna COD, make cerita kononnya pc can't start. So now , i have to answer to client why can't deliver to him, so lain kali, kalau tak nak jual, janganlah ngada2 buat cerita. cakap je ade orang offer lagi tinggi ..kan senang... i suggest MOD to close dis thread.there r far more serious cases here.Seller has the right to sell it to anyone he wants.rite?

YUP, Seller FFK...what made me so
 geram is that, he should tell me that he sell it to other people..so i can go and find at other places..waiting for him 3 days to come back from terengganu,suddenly,create story pulak..KONON can't switch ON..not even SMS to APOLOGIZE...  |

Please be reminded that seller reserved the rights to sell to anyone but if the seller already promised buyers to COD, the rights gone and both of the buyers and seller are bound in a 'contract' which don't ever FFK each others. I admit that myself also a middle person to someone and did something like this before. Forgiveness is the best solution to all but do remember that you are dealing in LYN and not roadside stall. |
