Still a no dude. It's just common sense. You see a rich guy flaunting his cash, doesn't mean he deserved to be robbed. Period. While it's "common sense" to not show off such amount of cash around, the bigger and main issue IS it is still wrong to rob.

Similarly, one may dress "indecently" but it is not an invitation to rape. Dressing "indecently" is SUBJECTIVE but one thing is crystal clear, rape is WRONG. No matter how you put it.
