My water leak only happened after 5 years.

Doe applying grout sealant solve the toilet leaking?
I plan to DIY instead of applying the Epoxy

May I know how much the grout sealant cost and what type of grout sealant I should look for.
And what type of Epoxy and cost to use if plan to apply.
