Yep, slowmyx is dead. Before this, I used Slowmyx 8Mbps. It was good for the past 5 months after I upgraded but lately it keeps disconnecting on it's own for like every 10-15 Minutes. My SNR keeps dropping time by time. Called TM and technician switch port and it works like 5 hours and it goes down again. Trying my luck for UniFi Lite and managed to subscribe it. It the best decision. After I switch, I never face any random disconnects for the past few weeks now. I don't why but it was great. Now, the UniFi Lite port at my taman is almost full. Many subscribe to it. Hahaha but I still prefer the Advance and Pro version soon. Waiting for TM to Fibre in my taman soon. Don't know when but lately I saw many contractors at my area. Looking at the pole, cabinet, undergound cable. Hope it means something I hope.

Recently many forumers PMed me but most of them port full and dunno izzit because of 10mbps, many ppls applied for Lite, haha

IPTV issue, i did live chat with TM and they told me there is IPTV issue.

Hypptv STB cannot be set, username error, not in system.
Installer call 100, and problem not solve,  say that 100 inform him bonanza package has no STB, only everywhere.
I cannot connect to hypptv everywhere with the new password.

Installer took back STB,

I recheck with TM live chat, they say advance 30mbps include STB but currently IPTV has issue.
They will get back to me when it is resolved.
They will inform installer to resend the STB to me when resolved.

On my dashboard it stated as "Promo Discount Perpetual".
But my Service Start Date still captured the day I subscribed to Unifi Lite, instead of the upgrade date of 17 Nov 2017

unifi lite the most ealier customer on end of april or begin of may 2017, 9 months to go.

i will revise the plan on may 2019 as contract end. mostlikely shift to Maxis since my highrise still using copper.

One thing you should know, please use your own router for better performance on Maxis. Their router not as good as the one provided by TM.

Finally my unifi lite was turbo to 100mb by TM without any message send to me... Remember connect to 5g WiFi network, else you won't get the full 100mb in speed test.

Initially you want to downgrade to what speed? Officially TM only has 30mbps @ rm79 to offer.
Are you out of contract that's why TM open to you 50mbps @ rm99?
For the Hypp TV basic, what's the difference with A/R/V package? During your unifi lite, did you subscribe with STB box or just having playtv on mobile?
Lastly, which TM point you go?

Most of us under unifi lite got playtv wt jumbo lite and later can change to A/R/V package. So in your case, your new STB box with hypp tv basic what channels can watch?
Is your rm99 include hypp tv basic wt STB?

With STD20 free voice calls?

STB basic only have those RTM and media prima channels right? Same as watching normal TV channel without STB? If yes, then I think it will be good to have the free call instead of STB. Btw since it is done by a contact inside means this package is not officially available. Only if you have cable inside can get this special package.

This plan is good for those who don't use unifitv and fixed line phone. But if add-on ultimate+std20 total cost of rm179 is worst than 100Mbps+ultimate+std20 at rm159.
