btw technician came today for installation, and received the email for the upgrade as well as id for hypptv everywhere, i install the apps into my android tv, works, but im not impressed.

its zte modem, i got 10-11 mbps download, and 5-5.5 mbps upload. satisfied for the freeee upgrade and more importantly, not contract extension!

no, its using the same cable. the tm technician just came to change modem only.

but since then, Unifi overhead fiber cabling already installed (just like the one you posted - with the loops),
I've registered for Unifi with reseller (he came and open table just at my jalan's junction),
and now just waiting (and praying) that they're gonna activate it fast..

some people say TM took 1yr+ for actual Unifi activation even after Unifi white/grey DB installed.

Wish that in future Unifi TV is not compulsory add-on so I just enjoice the only internet without paying useless crap TV content.

I just got a call from tm to upgrade from my current 8mbps rm160 package to unifi lite 10mbps at the same price. I wish I could get it with rm88.

I got no contract... But if take the 129 package the contract will start back 2 years.. If cont 160 mean no contract. Between, the basic package 129 does it include free landlines to landlines call? Or need to get the STD 20 only got the free fix line call?

TM may come up with the pricing scheme similar to Singtel.
Different pricing for 12 month, 24 months, 36 months or 48 months. The longer the cheaper.
So we buy/re-contract package, eg RM149X12, RM129X24 or RM99X36.
IF remain 12-month penalty, someone may take advantage.

SUBB at the moment only support 10Mbps but VDSL at the moment can support up to 30Mbps

VDSL will get turbo but best effort speed, we already received info from TM regarding VDSL turbo free upgrade
