Can we request TM to include STD20 for the rest of the current Unifi Lite users?

QUOTE(LeonTan @ Sep 7 2018, 03:47 PM) I'm okay if I have to wait for turbo upgrade. But not included STD20 is stupidly unfair given new subscribers can get it for the same price... EDIT: And free DECT phone!!! This post has been edited by MrSpeedy: Sep 7 2018, 03:59 PM |

QUOTE(amirul hafizz @ Sep 13 2018, 10:18 PM) i have stb, b'coz upgrade from streamyx 8mbps. i am unifi lite 10mbps. tm give id for hypptv everywhere. i am live chat with tm, asking him for active my id for unifi tv. CS active my id for unifi tv. i used stb box from streamyx 8mbps. Wah. I never realised that Streamyx 8 Mbps > Unifi 10 Mbps can maintain STB...Mind to share what you're saying to CS? Possible to do if I didn't notify them for 6 months after the upgrade? I still have the original 8 Mbps STB |

QUOTE(amirul hafizz @ Sep 19 2018, 06:20 PM) my unifi tv uses same 10mbps channel, they don't use any bandwitdth my wifi. picture so shape, don't any buffering. even i watching unifi tv, and i open youtube video 2k pixcel, no buffer. I guess it's a very small chance that you got CS or TM technician that senyap-senyap adjust your HyppTV account.I tried many times with online CS but to no avail. If you can get his phone number, I rather pay his 'duit kopi' to activate mine. |

QUOTE(zeronehza @ Sep 19 2018, 07:04 PM) assume i will be stuck with unifi lite subb for a long time.. no good news for subb area.. To bad there's no other telco that offer for SUBB. today just change the scrap zte rutah to asus dsl-ac52u [attachmentid=10030925] But you must be thankful for Unifi Lite 10 Mbps as there are still thousands of people stuck with overpriced Shitmyx. QUOTE(amirul hafizz @ Sep 19 2018, 08:19 PM) unifi lite can used stb, but CS and tm so lazy company. they need customer used highest speed and expensive price can used stb. tm and unifi so sengal. The proble is why we have to pay +RM30 TV package without STB. To add another insult, some of the channels are only viewable from STB (you can see on FAQ) WTF?! Extra RM30 but cannot watch some of them cuz no STB... What kind of shitty logic is that? Btw, Unifi@play sucks balls, bad UI, non-remote friendly |

QUOTE(nickchk89 @ Oct 17 2018, 10:44 AM) hi, i got offer from tm 1. What is the price? currently on streamyx 8mbps, they offer me unifi lite 10mbps for no additional charge or contract i asked them it is fibre? they say my area no fibre connections yet so its no but if I'm not mistaken, copper line only supports 8mbps max right? 2. Are you landed or highrise? 3. There are two types of Unifi Copper. a) SUBB copper = landed Unifi copper - > usually only support up to 10 Mbps b) VDSL copper = highrise Unifi copper - > max can go 50 Mbps |
