Hi guys.  For those who are unaware....
If you were "forced " to subscribe to bundled-in hypptv package Ruby/Aneka/Varnam last time.... you can ask TM  to change the hypptv package...
I changed mine fr Ruby to Jumbo Lite thru TM live chat.  Took only 2days to change. No extra costs incurred. No effect on Unifi account.
AT least now I can watch something decent on hypptv... 🤗🤗🤗 cheers!

i can vouch for cal-lab. previously when im still using streamyx, 8 units of my cal lab arrestor burnt but none of my device spoilt. just follow their wiring diagram guide and you will be fine. 

You can only get one line waived per account. But now you can convert your existing line into a Unifi VOIP number.

Im not sure but my existing business line was automatically ported over to VOIP when I applied for Unifi Biz Lite. Even better, can use back existing line and no need to pay even the RM1 rental fee.

When I subscribed to Unifi Biz Lite package, I mentioned that I want to retain my existing number on the Unifi VOIP line as this is a business line. TM immediately ported over the existing no to the VOIP line once Unifi was installed at my office.
Yes, you can request for this to maintain your existing line if you subscribed to Unifi/ Unifi Lite.

The current RM129 is for 10M. The promo RM99 is also for 10M but limited to 2 years.

Maybe the current RM129 will be upgraded to 20M over the next year. So there will be a difference already. In 2 years, the RM99 will go back to RM129 and may also be at 20M at that time.  Because they said that eventually over the next 1-2 years, the average speed should be 20M.

This is similar to the 30M to 50M upgrade earlier this year. I think eventually all 30M will be upgraded to 50M over the next 1-2 years. If not the price of RM179 package and RM129 package has too little difference. They also need to adjust prices if there is new 200M and 500M packages later.

So I think over the next 1-2 years, it wil be something like 20M, 50M, 100M, 200M, 500M packages.

Hmmm.. this kind of promo doesn't seems fulfill the proposal,
after all the price will be revert back to 129 after 2 years.

In South Korea, we only got 2 plan 50Mbps, 20k KRW or 100Mbps, 30k KRW (which around 5 meals for 1 month fiber internet access, and no contract)
and we don't complaint much regarding unstable internet speed or poor latency, although we ONLY manage get around 20-30Mbps. (seem oversold without PORTS controlled)

my parent still using that old junk and seldom call out. they want simple and easy to operate phone (pick up and press your number).

+ Alarm - call out when alarm activated and call in to deactivate alarm.
+ Faxing in/out
+ Activate/deactivate air-cond

later Webe going rebranding to Unifi also...

Then when we call 100 or walk-in TMpoint for inquiries or complaints, kept tell the staffs UNIFI.... in the end, staffs get confused and we also confused too....
(maybe their systems still not integrated yet, busy keep looking for either streamyx, unifi or webe... and maybe celcom soon)

Perhaps TM already aware that and trying to merging into 1 brand for cost-saving...

but I think there should separate differences category and let's users to choose as Add-on services instead of useless BUNDLES.
