anyway. I don know who processed my upgrade request. cos on tat same day, HQ called me too.. but that was the first call received, followed by TM Point.. Then 5 mins later, an order was submitted...

I requested for upgrade.. but they keep telling me grandmother story that i cant but somehow they upgraded it..

tis is also true.. can feel the delay.. not very significant but the delay is there when playing games..
no comment on customer service, but it was very smooth for me.. 3yrs + in service and only downtime twice...

TM is giving us hardtime now. I guess what u can do is jus go with the highest bandwidth ur budgets allow if tat is your concern. If it revert back to RM199 24 months later, jus change plan. 2 years is still far away. Worry bout what u can get now instead of what u will get in 2 years time. who know in 2 yrs time 100mbps is only RM159.

Installer will make appt. they will come with tv box. however, there is no dect phone.... that was updated before few pages back.

FOr the time being, it is really worth it.. best if u go to nearest TM point to do it. My fren jus off live chat and seems like they still telling him not able to upgrade from lite plan.

Finally got my upgrade. From 10mbps (129) to 30mbps (139).
2 years later change plan. haha

I don need to free call plan. I believe that another RM20 on top. BTW, I don get a DECT phone for upgrade. Need to redeem a lousy wired phone from TM point with your points. Don bother and not gonna plug in anyphone to use. Mobile telco nowadays offer free calls for family plan. Haha

Hypptv I subscribed to Jumbo Lite. I don get dual package combo like others forumer here. It is good enough for me, as Netflix still serve as my main entertainment. My priority was the 30mbps, not Hypptv.


1. Call 100/ live chat asking for upgrade
2. Go to TM point ask for upgrade
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2. Be persistent. I keep telling them other ppl are getting the upgrade, why I cant?

p/s: my fren went to TM point to get upgrade after my installation date was confirmed, but not able to. TM point took his details n thumbprint. Let see how it goes...

No... LOL but i jus whack.. seeing some forumer here got the upgrade too.. so i voice out my dissastifaction with their double standard policy.

Mine so far ok.. din face tat issue. Sometime i will not b able to load Netflix. Need wait like 10mins then will resume per normal. I suspect tat is Netflix server.
