QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Aug 30 2018, 03:04 PM) Either opt to downgrade to the Rm79 package and live with the 60GB data per month quota. If u read their unifi basic faq they stated it it encouraged for users to subscribe unifi lite rather than unifi basic due to the quota and strongly discouraged for users to downgrade to unifi basic even after contract end due to the quota.Thank you for your info. It is as if tm knows 60gb not enough lol.. |

Unifi lite is actually streamyx 10mbps (branded unifi lite by sales team).
To all the technical department of tm is concerned, unifi lite is all under streamyx system (ICP) and categorized as such. |

QUOTE(HariszKilz @ May 4 2019, 04:44 PM) Went to the TMPoint last week. The price for Unifi Lite 10Mbps is still RM129 which is the same price for 100Mbps. Total scammed and ripoff. When they are going to do with this unfair pricing. Coverage sucks and price also sucks. Meh submit termination request... they might offer you lower |

QUOTE(axxer @ Jul 17 2019, 04:43 PM) Guys, I'm currently on old 4mbps streamyx paying rm118/month, contract long finish already. Definitely no fibre coverage here yet but if I'm no mistaken my area copper wire should be enough to support this lite 10. Router showed attainable rate around 17mbps. Or i thought wrong? Pls advice check on https://myhsbb.me to check max allowed subscription package. even if your line stats are good you still may not be allowed to upgrade to 8mbps![]() |

QUOTE(axxer @ Jul 17 2019, 06:01 PM) Thank you! Didn't know that site exist. maybe you could try typing everything except for the unit no eg postcode, street? (include the postcode)Unfortunately can't find my address on both unifi and streamyx selection there if type my full address including house plot number but when i only type the street name its clickable so i clicked it, brings me to a floor selection page with only an option "null", clicked again and amazingly it bring me to a select unit page with only my plot, clicked it and it brings me to this » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « if there are a few results you may have to try all of them This post has been edited by miloaisdino: Jul 17 2019, 06:29 PM |

QUOTE(axxer @ Jul 17 2019, 09:06 PM) Its the same. It'll autocomplete adding postcode, state etc. Only manage to get to that final page if choosing streamyx. Nothing to click if choosing unifi no choose floor nor choose unit page. i guess you have to contact tm then. it looks like your address might have slipped through when they migrated their address database, or it could be your "service address" is different from your billing address |

QUOTE(YoungMan @ Jul 27 2019, 09:42 PM) Actually, they should discontinue all package and Minister should force them to make available minimum of 10mbps to all. Then only they can start consolidating their pricing, like RM69 for 10mbps. actually i think what they are trying to do is shift all 1,2,4mbps users to unifi air because its almost guaranteed mobile bb is better for them.for 8mbps and above, latency and network congestion makes adsl still better, and removing 1,2,4mbps reduces the strain on the dslam, making it possible to offer >10mbps service over adsl. hopefully they do this |
