Went today to their sales gallery clubhouse launch , landed not selling. Claimed by agent saying that majority selection taken up by management . A few selections is up for grabs in ballot . To participate in ballot one must have purchased the condo unit. Big turn off , left in 10mins upon arrival. No doubt the landscaping is nice but giving such info , really thumbs down

Landed can sell anytime. They just want to ride on it to sell their condo

Pool is small to be shared with condos + landed residents ... nothing impressive for the lake as it is rather small.. but nonetheless is a nice development, can't really find such concept anywhere nearer which i think they should have at least make the condo units bigger since i believe most people would be buying such concept for own stay..

Elevator in Condo?
Tough should be lift instead?

Anyway, strata title landed development has also a big common area just like road, drain, green area to maintain...

Huh you sure or not? Why my agent told me that all units are paying at the same rate?

That is what i heard from guocoland staff that serve me. You can ask your agent to double check.

Logically, the rate should the same. Total amount depends on the condo unit built up area.

Then that staff is either misinformed or first day on his job lol

QUOTE(Quang1819 @ Apr 9 2018, 09:46 AM)
Yeah...  Cause they go by sqft instead of absolute number.

BTW, i hope you guys do realize i was talking about the rate difference between landed and condo right, not the different type of condo units?

Whether the guocoland staff got the wrong information a not i am not sure, but it does make sense for the landed folks to pay lower maintenance fees as they are not using the elevators of the Condo residents..

Yes. We are talking about landed and condo here.

And yes, they may not utilize the lift frequently. But they can still use it to access to sky garden and the gym in one of the blocks. And they need gardeners to utilize their areas too. So it's not really unfair. It all depends how you look at it

So agent words trusted or the guocoland staff?

The ones that are wearing Guoco shirt are agents as well. They're just don't wear their firmso shirt. So far only the well known firms wear their own shirts like FLP and PTLM.

I don't think agents would carry a name card from guocoland right sweat.gif
