Pull back on 2nd thought...

1. Suitable for own stay with small families? but need to worry on traffic of 1000++ unit on one access road, and another alternative access road that used by 4000++ unit of 1prima apartments

2. Suitable for rent: nope. Nestled inside, guess not much potential tenant

3. Invest: yes, unique package which I think the subsales price will be better than other condo around that area

4. Weekend house. Yes. Perfect

What I like is the landscape, but if I gonna sell it for investment I can't enjoy it much, then no point buying.
