Was told double story n 3 storey launched, so which is true? . Lel

Went today to their sales gallery clubhouse launch , landed not selling. Claimed by agent saying that majority selection taken up by management . A few selections is up for grabs in ballot . To participate in ballot one must have purchased the condo unit. Big turn off , left in 10mins upon arrival. No doubt the landscaping is nice but giving such info , really thumbs down

Went to the sales gallery this morning..they are using the clubhouse as their sales gallery..

Total 4 blocks (A, B, C, D) and at the moment only launch Block A & B..each blocks  around 300units..package is good..only need to pay 2% for down payment..

All free (lawyer SPA/Loan/stamping) but MOT not bare by developer..starting price (nett after less discount etc) is 490k for 840sqft..price increase rm1000 for every floor level..

It is free hold..so far taken up around 20-30%..most taken up is type B (2+1) unit (896sqft)..

So, better than Cemara Damai?

Pros : nice landscaping, grand clubhouse, infinity pool, good package, freehold

Cons : low cost flats n shops at the entrance, a bit deep inside alam damai, the quality of the show unit so so only, price higher than cemara damai
